Wt 3lb over Affenpinscher Standard. Height 3'' below Affenpinscher Standard [Crouching Tiger stance]
Dogged by Misfortune..
Colditz Excavations proceeding according to plan in Shrubbery. Cat next door looking apprehensive. Big heap of soil hidden behind hydrangeas, & to disguise muddy paws rubbed nose in earth so Human will think so hungry reduced to eating soil like earthworm...
Human busy trying on new cream lace skirt, completely failed to notice starvation ruse, instead when leaped on her knee to greet screamed & had Major Funny Turn, repeating Near-Drowning experience. followed by session of Medieval Torture with device for blowing hot air which she normally uses on her head as self inflicted punishment in advance before going out on town in the evenings. Human neglected me whole evening & instead wandered about muttering & fussing about with lace skirt & wet cloths, Fear she is Not Herself...

Bgigitte, I'm so happy for you, because you've got your Colditz Poject underway at last, & full of admiration at your clever ruse to disguise muddy paws, tho' sorry about Owner's extraordinary behaviour. Anyway, best of luck with it! Your idea of hiding spoil heap behind Hydrangea couldn't be better.
Your Owner's behaviour completely beyond comprehension! You have my deepest sympathy! Every Affen (& all dogs, come to that!) realise all Owners are Psychotic, though the symptoms can be variable.
To give an example of own Owner's psychosis, he actually stopped being hypnotised by bright light next to downstairs clicker & spent 2 hours packing something to do with his big black evil-eye thingy in a cardboard box,muttering stuff about need to get refund for "Flasche-Gunne", & completely forgetting to even rush us round the Park. Both of us starving & he only got round to Most Imortant Daily Event - measly portion of Dog-Food - just now.
Anyway, Bridgitta, best of luck with tunnel, Dnt & I will be keeping our paws crossed thet all goes well, Jkr

Joker & Dante you are an inspiration to me & your Human sounds like he needs a behaviourist too...I cannot desert my own Human in her hour of need but these funny turns are very wearing...
